For small firms (1 to 10 employees, including owner) to manage costruction sites is not a choice, most do not, both for the cost of management software, both for data entry time.

With OpenOffice.org and MySQL, a known cost without license versions community, we knocked down both costs and time management, creating a database for the economic management of sites, which, in addition to ease of use, has a characteristic particular: is it all in one window (except reports).

Offers the following functions:

- Customer / supplier registry-machine-operators, search by name;

- Registry items, with search and supplier code;

- Added masks work hours and machine hours, with the withdrawal from registry and cost calculation of the total;

- Mask insertion using materials levy last purchase cost and calculation of the total;

- Mask entry invoices;

- Display the flight of the economic situation of the yard;

- Display the flight equipment purchasing, with search by item number or supplier, with the possibility of change;

- Report total purchases or article;

- Report total company per year, with display of EBITDA;

- Report the total site, with display of EBITDA;

- Report purchases by supplier and materials to date;

- Report hours worked for operator and machine time.

The database will be available soon for installing MySQL, while the forms, reports, and macros are provided as a file with Extension. Oxt, for easy updating, all licensed LGPL3 (read: free, except the ' installation).
